WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DOES SUEDE GUTZ, LLC ACCEPT?

Suede Gutz, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.



WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?

Your account will be charged upon completion of your order.



WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

On standard, in stock apparel orders it is highly likely to be processed and shipped in two business days, and tracking should be active by the following business day.

All orders are subject to inventory availability and order verification. Please make sure to provide accurate billing and contact information to facilitate the order verification process.

On standard and custom art orders it is highly likely to be processed and shipped in 21 business days, and tracking should be active by the following business day after the shipment is placed.



WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DOES SUEDE GUTZ, LLC USE?

Suede Gutz, LLC ships most packages via USPS and uses Fed Ex for international shipments, although we may change these at any time.

If you are unable to receive delivery from either one of these carriers, please email SuedeGutz.com for alternate shipping methods.



SIGNATURES UPON DELIVERY

Packages over $1000 US Dollars may require signature upon delivery. This is sometimes at the request of Suede Gutz, LLC and sometimes a USPS decision, and it is always made in order to protect the consumer from theft.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

  • All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
  • We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, Suede Gutz, LLC cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
  • Our current available shipping method is Fed Ex, this can change at any time.
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Selected product is not available to ship outside of the United States. Items we cannot ship internationally are: Original Fine Art Pieces. Orders of these products will be canceled by Suede Gutz, LLC.
  • We ship to international residential addresses only; we do not ship to businesses, hotels, motels or resorts outside of the U.S.
  • During the order verification step we may contact you by email to request additional information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order may be canceled.


DUTIES AND TAXES

International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order.

We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by SuedeGutz.com, please contact your local government for specific details. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order no international shipping charges or fees paid to local government can be refunded.

Suede Gutz, LLC ships to USA and Canada.

If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to your address at this time, but please continue to check back as we expand our business.

Credit cards issued from any country other than those listed above cannot be accepted, regardless of the location of the shipping address.

NOTE: We ship to all U.S. Territories. American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.



SUEDE GUTZ, LLC RETURN POLICY

If you should experience a problem or discrepancy with an order, please contact SuedeGutz.com and have your order information ready.

  • No refunds or exchanges (except for defective items).
  • Items that are defective can be exchanged for a new or like item.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • All claims for shortages or damages MUST be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
  • Fine art pieces are non-returnable.
